Follow Through EF is a performance tracking and coaching app built for adults with executive functioning challenges including ADHD, NVLD, and related conditions. Founded by an experienced local coach with a decade of practice, the app helps neurodivergent users make progress on personal goals and well-being without the pressure of perfection. Huakaʻi Creative worked with the client to develop a visual identity that could carry that mission clearly and confidently.

The design direction called for a logo that felt bold but approachable, avoiding the clinical coldness common in health and productivity apps. A warm teal and green palette with off-white accents established a tone that is grounding and encouraging. The final deliverables included a full logo, standalone logomark, color palette, and formatted app store icons for both iOS and Android — giving the brand a cohesive, professional presence from launch.
